Film and Photography

The stunning location of Harlaxton Manor and Gardens makes it a popular location for filming and photography. From the spectacular architecture and interiors to the 117 acres of formal gardens, park and woodland, this unique setting can make filming and photography a pleasure to undertake!

Each filming or photographic shoot request is looked at on an individual basis to cater for the needs of your crew.

As Harlaxton College is a working University College, filming and photography is restricted in the house itself to times when our students are not in residence, or during term breaks. Filming exteriors and in the gardens is more flexible and can take place at any time as long as the educational use of the house is not impeded.

Location fees apply, and for filming, photography and radio broadcasts, Public Liability Insurance is required; and a contract must be signed prior to crews arriving on site.
